Resume

The heart is asymmetrically located in the anterior chest cavity, with its largest portion located to the left of the body's midline. In medical research, biological modeling of diseases is becoming a crucial research method, requiring the creation of experimental models that most accurately reflect the mechanisms of the onset, development, and treatment of human diseases in laboratory animals. Such research is unthinkable without detailed information on the structure of laboratory animals. Therefore, studying breast cancer in laboratory animals as experimental subjects is an important task.

Key words: oncogene, papilloma, sarcoma, epithelium, immunohistochemistry, benzopyrene, endocardium, myocardium, epicardium, cardiomyocyte, stroma.
