Resume
This study presents a comprehensive analysis of oral mucosal disease manifestations in patients with chronic leukemia, integrating clinical, immunological, and microbiological parameters. For the first time, a correlation between humoral immunity changes (IgA, IgG, IgM, and CIC levels) and the severity of oral inflammatory processes was scientifically established. Microbiological analysis revealed a predominance of Gram-negative anaerobes, with their concentration and strain dynamics being closely linked to the stages of chronic leukemia. The study validates the pathogenetic efficacy of Intravenous Laser Blood Irradiation (ILBI) in complex treatment and introduces personalized therapeutic and preventive recommendations for dental complications.
