Resume

A significant emphasis in Russian dental science, in particular for research initiatives conducted in the Tyumen region, is shifting towards a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the frequency of occurrence of abnormalities of the dentoalveolar system among adolescents. At the same time, it is noticeable that scientific research focused on the quantitative and qualitative characterization of the dynamics of dental diseases in the population of the southern agglomerations of the region is practically not implemented in the required volume. At the same time, there is a clear shortage of empirical and statistical materials regarding the monitoring and analytical assessment of dental morbidity rates among residents of rural areas. This lack of information significantly complicates the detection of patterns in the course of diseases of this group and limits the ability to identify long-term trends in their change. This work is devoted to determining the prevalence and severity of dentoalveolar anomalies among adolescents living in rural areas of the southern part of the Tyumen region.
