Resume

This article examines the practical effectiveness of conservative treatment methods in the early stage of otosclerosis and their impact on hearing function. The study results showed that conservative therapy makes it possible to stabilize, and in some cases improve, hearing indicators. The effectiveness of treatment was evaluated based on audiological examinations.
