Resume

The article discusses the mechanisms of liver dysfunction development in rheumatoid arthritis and modern approaches to its early prediction. Liver involvement in this disease is shown to result from a combination of immune-inflammatory processes, drug-induced effects, and metabolic factors. Special attention is given to the role of immune markers, including cytokines, autoantibodies, and acute-phase proteins, in the early diagnosis of liver impairment. The high prognostic value of comprehensive biomarker analysis and advanced laboratory technologies, including multiplex analysis and machine learning methods, is highlighted. The importance of a personalized approach to patient management to reduce the risk of hepatopathies and optimize therapy is emphasized.
