Resume
Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection plays a crucial role in the development of oral mucosal diseases. Persistent viral infection leads to impaired local immune responses, altered epithelial differentiation, and chronic inflammation. This article presents a comprehensive analysis of clinical manifestations, pathogenetic mechanisms, and disease course characteristics of oral mucosal disorders in HPV-infected patients.
Keywords: human papillomavirus, oral mucosa, clinical features, pathogenesis, recurrence.
