Resume

In the pathogenesis of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIGA), systemic damage to the liver parenchyma is a multifactorial process, which is mainly associated with hemosiderosis, which develops as a result of prolonged hypoxia, chronic hemolysis and accumulation of hemoglobin breakdown products. It has been clinically proven that these pathological factors cause hepatocyte dysfunction and create the basis for the acceleration of fibrotic changes in liver tissue. The aim of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the diagnostic significance and effectiveness of the FIB-4, APRI and King's Score mathematical indices, which are modern noninvasive diagnostic methods for detecting and assessing the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with AIGA. The study will explore the potential of these indices as alternatives to invasive procedures, their correlation with disease severity and duration, and their potential to identify liver damage at an early stage in patients with severe hematological status and minimize the need for complicated diagnostic procedures.

Keywords: AIGA, liver fibrosis, noninvasive diagnostics, APRI, FIB-4, King’s Score.
