Resume
This scientific article provides a comprehensive overview of endoprosthetic techniques in dysplastic coxarthrosis (DCH), including types of endoprostheses, materials used, fixation methods, and specific applications in clinical practice. Dysplastic coxarthrosis accounts for 25-77% of all degenerative joint diseases and represents a significant medical and social problem, particularly in working-age populations where it leads to disability and reduced quality of life. The article discusses various types of arthroplasty — monopolar, total, cemented, cementless, and hybrid fixation methods—analyzing their biomechanical advantages and disadvantages. Material science of endoprostheses, including metal alloys, ceramics, and polymers, is examined as a critical factor determining implant longevity and functional outcomes. The proper selection of prosthesis type ensures optimal functional preservation and reduced complication rates. The authors emphasize important criteria for choosing appropriate endoprosthetic techniques and components in dysplastic coxarthrosis, considering patient age, bone quality, integration capacity, and functional preservation of the hip joint. Clinical recommendations are provided for both orthopedic surgeons and trauma specialists. This article serves as a practical guide for specialists in orthopedics and traumatology, addressing current challenges in hip arthroplasty management.
Keywords: hip joint, dysplastic coxarthrosis, arthroplasty, cemented fixation, cementless fixation, monopolar prosthesis, total prosthesis, materials, ceramics, titanium, osseointegration, rehabilitation.
