Resume

The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of obstetric and gynecological history, somatic status, and epigenetic factors in the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). The study included 350 women diagnosed with CIN and 50 women in the control group. A comprehensive assessment of menstrual function, reproductive history, pregnancy outcomes, gynecological conditions, and somatic diseases was performed. The findings demonstrated that women with CIN had significantly higher rates of menstrual disorders, complicated obstetric history, induced abortions, preterm delivery, sexually transmitted infections, chronic inflammatory pelvic diseases, and associated extragenital pathology. The obtained results indicate the substantial contribution of clinical-anamnestic and epigenetic factors to the development of cervical precancerous lesions and support their consideration in early diagnosis and preventive strategies.
