ANALYSIS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF FACTOR G IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND METABOLIC SYNDROME

J.T. Bafaev - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

The present study assessed the prevalence of factor G in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), depending on the presence of metabolic syndrome (MS), and compared it with a control group. The distribution of the studied factor was analyzed among patients with RA without MS, with a combination of RA and MS, as well as among the control group. It was found that factor G is characterized by a high prevalence in all the studied groups. The highest odds were found in patients with a combination of rheumatoid arthritis and metabolic syndrome. When comparing the main and control groups, no significant differences were found, which may indicate the absence of a pronounced association of factor G with the development of rheumatoid arthritis. The results obtained emphasize the need for further study of the role of genetic and metabolic factors in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.

Keywords: rheumatoid arthritis, metabolic syndrome, factor G, genetic factors, prevalence, odds, association of risk factors.
