Resume

The results of a study of 110 patients with diabetic foot syndrome with purulent-necrotic lesions were studied. All examined patients, depending on the method of treatment, were divided into two groups: group I included 62 patients with diabetic foot syndrome with purulent-necrotic lesions, who used wound sanitization with antiseptic drugs and the application of levomekol ointment under gauze bandages as local treatment. The main - II group of 48 patients received surgical treatment of a purulent focus, sanitation and the use of an abacterial medium with an electroactivated aqueous solution (EAR). Evaluation of the results of the study showed that the use of an electroactivated solution of AR-A and EVR-K in the form of an abacterial medium is an effective, simple, convenient and economical physico-chemical method for the treatment of purulent wounds.
