FERTIL YOSHDAGI AYOLLARDA VASOMOTOR RINIT DIAGNOSTIKASINING TAKOMILLASHTIRILGAN ALGORITMI

Rezyume

Maqolada fertil yoshdagi ayollarda rinit diagnostikasining takomillashtirilgan algoritmini ishlab chiqish va klinik jihatdan asoslashga bag'ishlangan istiqbolli tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. 18-35 yoshdagi 120 nafar tug'magan ayol tekshirilgan va uch guruhga bo'lingan: asosiy guruh (n=70, rinit + gipotireoz), taqqoslash guruhi (n=30, rinit + eutireoz) va nazorat guruhi (n=20). TTG darajasi va burundan o'tadigan umumiy havo oqimi o'rtasida kuchli manfiy korrelyatsiya (rs = -0,74; p < 0,001), nNO va lyutein fazasi progesteroni o'rtasida esa to'g'ridan-to'g'ri korrelyatsiya (rs = 0,68; p < 0,05) aniqlandi. Ishlab chiqilgan uch bosqichli ko'p fanli algoritm «LOR - Endokrinolog - Ginekolog» retsidivlar chastotasini 5,5 marta kamaytirish va homiladorlik ko'rsatkichini 23,3% dan 58,6% gacha oshirishga imkon berdi.
