Rezyume
Qalqonsimon bez endokrin tizimning markaziy bo`g`ini bo`lib, uning gormonal mahsulotlari (tiroksin va triyodtironin) organizmning o`sishi, rivojlanishi, metabolik jarayonlari, yurak-qon tomir tizimi faoliyati, suv-tuz muvozanati hamda hujayraviy differensiyalashuv jarayonlarini kompleks ravishda boshqaradi. Qalqonsimon gormon retseptorlarining deyarli barcha hujayra yadrolarida ekspressiyalanishi ularning biologik ta’sir doirasini nihoyatda kengaytiradi. Shu bois qalqonsimon bezning strukturaviy va funksional holati organizmning umumiy gomeostazini ta’minlashda hal qiluvchi ahamiyat kasb etadi. So`nggi yillarda yoshga bog`liq endokrin o`zgarishlar, ayniqsa qalqonsimon bezda kechadigan adaptiv va involyutsion jarayonlar klinik va eksperimental jihatdan dolzarb masalaga aylangan. Aholining qarib borishi, subklinik gipotireoz holatlarining ko`payishi hamda metabolik sindrom bilan bog`liq kasalliklar sonining ortishi yosh omilining qalqonsimon bez morfologiyasi va mikrosirkulyator o`zaniga ta’sirini chuqur o`rganishni taqozo etadi. Biroq adabiyotlarda yoshga doir morfometrik ko`rsatkichlar yetarli darajada tizimlashtirilmagan, ayniqsa mikrosirkulyator o`zgarishlar va parenxima-stroma nisbatining dinamikasi bo`yicha ma’lumotlar cheklangan. Shu sababli mazkur tadqiqot yosh omilining qalqonsimon bez morfologik va morfometrik ko`rsatkichlariga ta’sirini aniqlashga qaratildi.
Kalit so‘zlar: tiroksin, triyodtironin, gipotireoz, parenxima-stroma nisbati, gistologik kesma, gistomorfologik ko‘rsatkich.
