Rezyume
Maqolada olinadigan protezlar bilan davolanayotgan bemorlarda og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i mikrobiotasining holati an’anaviy va zamonaviy usullar qiyosida o‘rganilgan. Qisman va to‘liq tishsizlikka ega bemorlarda protez yotog‘i va og‘iz bo‘shlig‘idagi asosiy bakteriyalar hamda zamburug‘lar miqdori davolashdan oldin va undan keyingi nazorat muddatlarida mikrobiologik usulda aniqlandi. Kuzatuv shuni ko‘rsatdiki, har ikkala davolash usulida ham og‘iz bo‘shlig‘idagi patogen va shartli-patogen mikroorganizmlar soni keskin kamayadi va mikrob muvozanati sog‘lom holat tomon siljiydi; biroq an’anaviy va zamonaviy usullarning yakuniy mikrobiologik natijalari o‘rtasida ishonchli farq aniqlanmadi. Mualliflar gigiyenik nazorat va mikrobiologik monitoring protez bilan davolashda muhim o‘rin tutishini ta’kidlaydilar.
