Resume

The article presents the results of bronchoscopic photodynamic rehabilitation of the bronchial tree in purulent endobronchitis using 0.05% methylene blue solution in an experiment. For the first time, an Italian-made device “Rodernt Ventilator-7025” was   used for endotracheal anesthesia. The authors have developed an original model of purulent bronchitis in experimental animals. It is shown that the developed PDT rehabilitation method allows to   prevent pulmonary complications of purulent endobronchitis in the postoperative period. The authors recommend that the developed method of bronchial tree sanitation be introduced into clinical practice.
