REVMATOID ARTRITNING ERTA BOSQICHLARIDA ENDOTELIAL DISFUNKSIYA VA GEMOSTAZ KO‘RSATKICHLARINING KLINIK-LABORATOR AHAMIYATI

Rezyume
Dolzarbligi. Revmatoid artrit surunkali autoimmun yallig‘lanish kasalligi bo‘lib, bo‘g‘im destruksiyasi bilan bir qatorda endotelial disfunksiya, mikrosirkulyator buzilishlar va gemostaz tizimidagi faollashuv bilan kechadi [1–4]. Maqsad. Revmatoid artritning juda erta va erta bosqichlarida endotelial disfunksiya hamda gemostaz ko‘rsatkichlarining klinik-laborator ahamiyatini baholash. Material va usullar. Tadqiqotga revmatoid artrit bilan og‘rigan 85 nafar bemor va 30 nafar amaliy sog‘lom shaxsdan iborat nazorat guruhi jalb qilindi. Bemorlar juda erta revmatoid artrit (n=32) va erta revmatoid artrit (n=53) guruhlariga ajratildi. D-dimer, antitrombin III, fon Villebrand omili, endotelin-1 va sICAM-1 ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. Natijalar. D-dimer nazorat guruhida 210±60 ng/ml, juda erta RA guruhida 420±110 ng/ml, erta RA guruhida esa 680±160 ng/ml ni tashkil etdi. Antitrombin III faolligi 102±6% dan mos ravishda 94±7% va 88±8% gacha pasaydi. Fon Villebrand omili, endotelin-1 va sICAM-1 ko‘rsatkichlari har ikkala RA guruhida nazoratga nisbatan statistik ishonchli oshdi. Xulosa. RAning erta bosqichlaridayoq endotelial disfunksiya va gipergemostaz shakllanadi. D-dimer, antitrombin III, fon Villebrand omili, endotelin-1 va sICAM-1 ko‘rsatkichlarini kompleks baholash trombogen xavfni erta aniqlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
