Resume
Dolzarbligi. Folat sikli genlari polimorfizmlari gomotsistein almashinuviga, endotelial funksiyaga va gemostaz muvozanatiga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. RAda ushbu genetik variantlar kasallikka mustaqil moyillik omili bo‘lmasligi, biroq gemovaskulyar buzilishlarni kuchaytiruvchi modifikator sifatida ahamiyatga ega bo‘lishi mumkin [3–7]. Maqsad. RA bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda MTHFR rs1801133, MTHFR rs1801131, MTR rs1805087 va MTRR rs1801394 polimorfizmlarining allel-genotip taqsimoti, kasallik rivojlanish xavfi hamda gomotsistein, endotelial disfunksiya va gemostaz buzilishlari bilan bog‘liqligini baholash. Material va usullar. Tadqiqotga RA bilan og‘rigan 85 nafar bemor jalb qilindi. Folat sikliga tegishli gen polimorfizmlari polimeraza zanjirli reaksiya usuli yordamida baholandi. Allel va genotiplar chastotasi, Hardy–Weinberg muvozanati, OR, 95% CI va p-value ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Natijalar. MTHFR rs1801133 T-allel uchun OR=1,43; 95% CI: 0,30–6,94; p=0,936 bo‘ldi. MTHFR rs1801131 A-allel uchun OR=1,23; 95% CI: 0,31–4,41; p=1,000, AA-genotip uchun OR=2,63; 95% CI: 0,74–9,37; p=0,239 bo‘ldi. MTR rs1805087 G-allel uchun OR=1,62; 95% CI: 0,34–7,73; p=0,795 qayd etildi. Barcha polimorfizmlar Hardy–Weinberg muvozanatiga mos bo‘ldi. Xulosa. O‘rganilgan folat sikli genlari polimorfizmlari RA rivojlanishi bilan mustaqil statistik ishonchli bog‘liqlik ko‘rsatmadi. Biroq ular gomotsistein almashinuvi, endotelial disfunksiya va gemostaz buzilishlari og‘irligini kuchaytiruvchi irsiy modifikator sifatida ahamiyatga ega bo‘lishi mumkin.
