Rezyume

Ushbu maqolada surunkali buyrak kasalligining III va V bosqichlarida Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1) geni polimorfizmi hamda buyrak ichki gemodinamikasi ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilingan. Surunkali buyrak kasalligi dunyo miqyosida keng tarqalgan bo‘lib, uning rivojlanishi va progressiv kechishida genetik omillar, xususan TGF-β1 geni muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda TGF-β1 geni polimorfizmi molekulyar-genetik usullar yordamida aniqlanib, buyrak ichki gemodinamikasi Doppler ultratovush tekshiruvi orqali baholangan. Bemorlarda rezistentlik indeksi, pulsatsiya indeksi, maksimal sistolik va yakuniy diastolik qon oqimi tezligi kabi gemodinamik ko‘rsatkichlar genotiplarga nisbatan qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Olingan natijalar TGF-β1 geni polimorfizmi buyrak mikrosirkulyatsiyasidagi o‘zgarishlar va kasallikning og‘irlashish darajasi bilan uzviy bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari surunkali buyrak kasalligini erta prognozlash, yuqori xavf guruhiga mansub bemorlarni aniqlash hamda shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan diagnostika va davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
