BRONXIAL ASTMALI BOLALARDA BURUN-HALQUM MIKROBIOTASINING ANTIBIOTIKLARGA CHIDAMLILIGI

Rezume
Bronxial astma bilan kasallangan bolalarda takroriy antibakterial terapiya burun-halqum mikrobiotasida chidamli shtammlar tanlanishiga olib keladi. Tadqiqotda 60 nafar boladan ajratilgan 87 ta bakterial izolyatning 36 ta antibakterial preparatga sezgirligi o‘rganildi. Empirik terapiya uchun preparatlar kanamitsin (83,9%), linkomitsin (78,9%) va sefazolin (73,2%) bo‘lib, seftriakson (29,6%) va norfloksatsin (23,5%) tavsiya etilmaydi. Eng chidamli patogen Klebsiella pneumoniae bo‘ldi (MAR indeksi 0,465).
