Rezyume
Maqsad. Preeklampsiya (PE) tizimli endotelial disfunksiya va gemostaz muvozanatining buzilishi bilan kechadi. Tadqiqotda erta PE xavfi bo‘lgan ayollarda gematologik va koagulogramma ko‘rsatkichlarining trimestrlar bo‘yicha dinamikasi o‘rganildi. Material va usullar. Prospektiv qiyosiy tadqiqotga 102 nafar homilador ayol jalb etildi: nazorat guruhi (n=30), erta tashxislangan va majmuaviy davolash olib borilgan asosiy guruh (n=32) va erta tashxislanmagan guruh (n=40). Umumiy qon tahlili, siydik oqsili, fibrinogen, protrombin indeksi (PI), FQTV, XMN va protrombin vaqti (PTV) trimestrlar kesimida baholandi. Ma’lumotlar SPSS 26.0 da ANOVA, Kruskal–Uollis va χ² mezonlari bilan qayta ishlandi; p<0,05 ishonchli deb qabul qilindi. Natijalar. III trimestrda 3-guruhda anemiya (gemoglobin 80,1±6,2 g/l), nisbiy trombotsitopeniya (150,9±14,2×10⁹/l) va rang ko‘rsatkichining pasayishi (0,70) aniqlandi. Giperkoagulyatsiya yaqqol ifodalandi: fibrinogen 7,6±1,0 g/l gacha, PI 148% gacha oshdi, PTV esa 8,7 s gacha qisqardi (p<0,05). Proteinuriya 3-guruh bemorlarining qariyb 90% ida qayd etildi. Barcha o‘zgarishlar davolangan 2-guruhda ishonchli darajada yumshoqroq bo‘ldi (p<0,05). Xulosa. Erta PE xavfida anemiya, trombotsitopeniya va giperkoagulyatsiya kasallik og‘irligiga mutanosib kuzatilib, DVS-sindrom rivojlanishi xavfidan dalolat beradi. Erta tashxislash va majmuaviy davolash koagulopatik o‘zgarishlarni ishonchli darajada yumshatadi.
