PM2.5 ZARRACHALARI VA TAMAKI TUTUNINING LIMFOID TO‘QIMAGA TA’SIRI: MORFOLOGIK O‘ZGARISHLAR, PATOGENETIK MEXANIZMLAR VA KORREKSIYA YONDASHUVLARI

Rezyume
Havo ifloslanishi va tamaki isteʼmoli - global miqyosdagi ikkita yetakchi xavf omili boʻlib, ularning kombinatsiyalangan taʼsiri immun tizimga, xususan limfa tugunlariga jiddiy zarar yetkazadi. Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhida soʻnggi oʻn yillikda (2015–2025) chop etilgan 55 ta manba tahlili asosida PM2.5 mayda dispersli zarrachalar va tamaki tutunining alohida hamda birgalikdagi taʼsirida limfa tugunlarida yuzaga keladigan morfologik, morfometrik va immunogistokimyoviy oʻzgarishlar umumlashtirilgan. Oksidlovchi stress, yalligʻlanish sitokinlari (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β), makrofag infiltratsiyasi, germinativ markazlar atrofiyasi va stromal skleroz asosiy patogenetik boʻgʻinlar sifatida koʻrsatilgan. Shuningdek, kurkumin (zarchoʻba) va silimarinning antioksidant hamda immunomodulyator xususiyatlariga asoslangan biokorreksiya imkoniyatlari muhokama qilingan. Sharh natijalari PM2.5 va tamaki tutunining sinergik taʼsiri boʻyicha maʼlumotlar hali yetarli emasligini va bu yoʻnalishda eksperimental tadqiqotlar zarurligini asoslaydi.
