Rezyume

Gestatsion pankreatitda asosiy o‘zgarishlar oshqozon osti bezining atsinuslari va qon tomirlari atrofida yallig‘lanish infiltratini shakllanishi asosan, fiziologik gravidar immunodefitsitni fonida ikkilamchi infeksion omillarni ta’siri, buyrak usti bezi giperfunksiyasi, disgormonal buzilishlar oqibatida, Langergans orolchalarida morfologik jihatdan o‘zgarishlar yuzaga kelib, asosan, qon tomir reaksiyasini ustunligi, oshqozon osti bezi bo‘lakchalar kapsulasini shishi, bo‘lakchalar va magistral bez yo‘lininig kompression ezilishi oqibatida, atsinuslarda to‘plangan sekretlarni aktivlashishi natijasida pankreonekroz va qon quyilishlarni to‘satdan yuzaga kelganligi aniqlanadi. Bu esa, ikkilamchi infeksion omillarni jarayonga qo‘shilishi oqibatida, o‘tkir pankreatitni yuzaga kelishi bilan xarakterlanadi.
