DIABETIK POLINEYROPATIYASI MAVJUD BOLALARDA ERTA KARIES XAVFINI KOMPLEKS BAHOLASHNING KLINIK-DIAGNOSTIK ALGORITMI

Rezyume

Maqolada diabetik polineyropatiyasi mavjud bolalarda tish kariesining dastlabki belgilarini aniqlash va individual xavfni baholashga mo‘ljallangan bosqichma-bosqich klinik-diagnostik algoritm bayon etilgan. 2022-2026-yillarda Buxoro davlat tibbiyot instituti stomatologik bazasida olib borilgan prospektiv nazoratli tadqiqotga 7-15 yoshdagi 130 nafar bola kiritilgan. Asosiy guruhni diabetik polineyropatiya fonida kariesi mavjud 85 nafar, nazorat guruhini 45 nafar sog‘lom bola tashkil qilgan. Tekshiruv KPO/KPO yuzalar, OHI-S va ICDAS II indekslarini, 655 nm lazer fluorestsensiyasini, 2% li metilen ko‘ki bilan indikatsiyani hamda so‘lakning fizik-kimyoviy, biokimyoviy, mikrobiologik va immunologik ko‘rsatkichlarini bir tizimda baholashga asoslangan. Mazkur yondashuv kovak hosil bo‘lishini kutmasdan, emal demineralizatsiyasi bosqichidayoq profilaktik qaror qabul qilish imkonini beradi.
