Resume
This article discusses the issues of immunological status in patients with asthma, COPD and ACO. A correlation analysis of 10 clinical and immunological parameters was carried out, on the basis of which (IL-8 va IFNy) an index for the prognosis of the course of the disease of bronchial asthma and COPD overlap was developed, which makes it possible to predict the course of the disease and the choice of adequate therapy.
Keywords: BA, COPD, ACO, cytokines, IgE, correlation analysis.
