Resume
The purpose of research – to study the features of morphological structure of the distal colon and anorectal fistula when anomalies in children with the help of light-optical and scanning electron microscopy.
Materials and methods. From 2009 to 2019, clinical bases of the department of children’s hospital surgery TashPMI surveyed 504 with anorectal malformations, aged from 1 day to 15 years. Morphological study of the resected surgical specimens (fistulas, rectal site with fistulas) conducted in 147 (29.2%) cases operated children. The 43 observations surgical material subjected to a more thorough morphological studies.
Materyal fixed in 10 – 12% solution of formalin phosphate buffer for Lilly. Paraffin sections were stained with hematoxylin – eosin and then for scanning electron microscopy preparations dehydrated in alcohol, acetone, and dried by the critical point in the device HCP-2.
Samples were mounted on aluminum substrates conductive adhesive. After sputtering gold in the apparatus “IB-3” (Eiko, Japan) samples were studied and photographed in SEM “Hitachi S-405A Canon digital camera from the monitor screen of the microscope. The micrographs were treated on the computer Computek Pentium IV Windows HP.
Results. Morphostructural changes in the proximal part of the rectum confirm the feasibility of a complete excision of the fistulous, establish the optimal level of resection of the rectum within the transition zone. Traumatic actions during operation and (or) excessive traction can aggravate circulatory disorders and retraction relegated intestine that can contribute to the development of postoperative functional disorders in the form of chronic constipation
Key words: anorectal malformations, children, rectum.
