Resume

In recent years, often talk about comorbidity, the most discussed problem in the field of internal medicine. Cardiovascular disease, obesity, type II diabetes and kidney dysfunction are becoming more and more pandemics of the 21st century. In recent years, the main cause of impaired renal function is not its primary disease, namely the disease associated with metabolic syndrome, such as essential arterial hypertension, obesity and diabetes mellitus. According to the 2011 diabetes incidence statistics, 360 million patients were registered, and by 2030 their number will increase by 1.5.

At the same time, the study of diagnostic predictors of the development of CKD in diabetes mellitus is one of the urgent problems of internal medicine.
