VASCULARIZATION OF THE TESTES OF WHITE OUTBRED RATS IN POSTNATAL ONTOGENESIS

Resume

The purpose of the study was to study the vascularization of the testes of outbred rats in postnatal ontogenesis. Material of testicles of 69 white non-linear rats (from birth to 12 months of age) was used for the research. We used morphological, histological research methods. The results of the study showed that, on sagittal sections of the rat testis, from 5 to 12 arterioles are visible, which are located under the albuginea. Their diameter in adulthood reaches 158.7±0.460 µm. Having studied the changes in the diameter of the intrathecal arterioles in rats of different age groups, one can see, starting from the newborn age up to 360 days of development, its increase by almost 3.46 times. The study of the angioarchitectonics of the testes of white rats in postnatal ontogenesis showed that up to 90 days of age, the rate of increase in the size of arterioles and venules is higher than in other age groups and the number of subthecal vessels increases gradually without any special jumps.
