MORPHOLOGY OF ADDRENERGIC AND CHOLINERGIC NERVOUS STRUCTURES OF THE GASTRIC FLOOR IN EXPERIMENTAL CHOLESTASIS

Resume

In the state of cholestasis, a number of morphological changes also occur in the digestive organs. We have studied the state of adrenergic and cholinergic nerve structures in dogs with experimental cholestasis. In the early stages of the experiment, adrenergic fibers with a high degree of luminescence, with thickenings and varicose expansions, are noted. In later terms, in individual fibers as part of large bundles or individual fibers, areas of fragmentation or other destructive changes in nerve structures can be noted. In cholinergic nerve structures, cells with vacuolization of the cytoplasm, cholinergic nerve fibers with fragmentation are detected.
