Resume

In the experiment, 32 laboratory rats weighing 150-200 g were used. On the fifth day of pregnancy, to create a model of diabetes, alloxan was intraperitoneally injected once with mixed distilled water at a rate of 150 mg/kg of body weight. In children born under conditions of diabetes mellitus, there is a significant thinning of the growth zones with a decrease in the cellular composition. During periods of observation of bone trabeculae, a significant decrease in differentiation processes.

Key words: Alloxan diabetes, offspring, tendons, sternocostal complex.
