Resume

The purpose of the study: to study the features of violations of the parameters of hemostasis and the coagulation system in pregnant women with miscarriage. Determination of indicators of coagulation hemostasis in pregnant women showed that the parameters change in different directions. If in women from the control group of 8 indicators of hemastograms and 4 practically did not differ from the reference data, and the rest changed within the boundaries of normal values, with the exception of the D-dimer indicator. A sharp increase in fibrinogen and D-dimer indicated the depth and degree of development of the pathological process. The use of these parameters will allow assessing the condition of a pregnant woman with hemostasis pathology and prescribing adequate therapy.
