Resume

In the early postnatal period, it was not studied to find tachomy in the layers of the fallopian wall of the uterus, characteristic signs and morphometric indicators of functional changes. Infants born to maturity is important to study the specific morphological structure of the fallopian wall of the uterus. As an object of the study, 14 year-olds who died from asphyxia on 1-7 days after birth, were taken fallopian tubes. The results showed that the structure of the fallopian wall of the uterus in newborns has a specific complexity and the presence of specific morphofunctional symptoms was determined. It was confirmed that the total thickness of the fallopian wall of the uterus, mucous and mucous membranes, as well as the muscular layers, thickened depending on the part attached to the uterus from the part of the ampoule. In the structure of the mucous membrane-covering epithelium, it was observed that in newborns the amount of cells of the secretory type predominates in relation to the swinging epithelium.
