Resume

Ischemic stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. In recent years, emergency endovascular X-ray–guided thromboaspiration has been increasingly used as an effective method for treating large vessel occlusions. This article analyzes the clinical and neurological outcomes of patients with ischemic stroke who underwent emergency endovascular thromboaspiration. Study results indicate that early reperfusion improves neurological recovery, increases functional independence, and reduces mortality.
