Resume
The article presents the results of a study on the effectiveness of pre-pregnancy preparation in women of reproductive age. 110 women were examined and divided into 2 groups with a history of severe preeclampsia and pyelonephritis. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the preparation for pregnancy was conducted. Group I (n=65) included women with a history of severe preeclampsia; Group II (n=45) included women with a history of severe preeclampsia and pyelonephritis. The control group consisted of 30 apparently healthy women. Comprehensive preconception preparation prevented recurrence of preeclampsia and significantly reduced the incidence of premature birth and perinatal complications (p<0.05).
Key words: severe preeclampsia, pyelonephritis, pre-pregnancy preparation, Cystatin C, VEGF, perinatal complications.
