Resume

The relevance of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) application in periodontal practice is determined by the high regenerative potential of growth factors concentrated in platelets. However, traditional PRP injection techniques are characterized by a number of limitations due to variability in injection depth and insufficient control over the deposition zone in periodontal structures. This study is devoted to the development and clinical approbation of a modified plasmolifting protocol that integrates ultrasound navigation to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of the procedure.

Keywords: plasmolifting, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), periodontitis, ultrasound navigation, periodontal regeneration, growth factors, clinical study.
