Resume
The article presents a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between uromodulin levels and cardiac-renal hemodynamic parameters in cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) developed against the background of chronic heart failure (CHF). The study included 240 participants: Group 1 — with CRS (n=100), Group 2 — CHF without CRS (n=100), Group 3 — control (n=40). Echocardiography (PHILIPS Affiniti 70) and renal artery Doppler allowed assessment of parameters (LVEF, ESD, EDD, E/A, Vps, Ved, RI, PI). In the CRS group, uromodulin was 58.4±1.7 ng/ml, LVEF 38.4±0.6%, RI 0.76±0.01. Correlations were established between uromodulin and LVEF (r=+0.63), E/A (r=+0.70), RI (r=−0.67), and PI (r=−0.70). The results confirm uromodulin as a comprehensive marker of cardiorenal interaction. 4 diagrams and 2 tables are presented.
Keywords: cardiorenal syndrome, uromodulin, cardiac hemodynamics, renal hemodynamics, echocardiography, Doppler ultrasonography, resistance index, correlation analysis.
