Resume

Objects of experimental and ecological-epidemiological research: Indicators of general morbidity in cotton-growing regions (experimental) and livestock farming regions (control) among the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, methodology, non-breed cats of both sexes, weighing 2.2–4.5 kg. Objective of the research: The aim of this study is a comprehensive investigation of the general morbidity rate and indicators of external respiratory function and hemodynamics during acute oral poisoning of animals (FOP group) with a large dose of formathion (42.6 mg/kg). Research methods: Methods include a selective comprehensive study of the general morbidity rate, physiological, electrophysiological, biochemical, and statistical approaches. Results obtained: For the first time, a comprehensive experimental-clinical study was conducted on laboratory animals (cats) with experimentally modeled acute poisoning by formathion from the FOP group. The study of general morbidity indicators in areas with intensive pesticide use in cotton-growing regions (experimental) and livestock farming regions (control) among the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan revealed the development of tissue hypoxia. This condition appears to be the cause of the frequent spread of respiratory infections and allergic diseases in cotton-growing regions compared to livestock farming regions, which differ in the degree of territorial pesticide loads.
