Resume
Purpose of the research. Studying the role of TNF-α in women at risk of endometritis and complicated endometritis. Studies have shown that the prolonged presence of opportunistic microorganisms in the uterine cavity is the cause of abnormal immune reactions. This causes a local inflammatory process, leading to an increase in the number of anti-inflammatory cytokines in the endometrium, including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), which, in turn, leads to a disruption of endometrial development.
