Resume

The article discusses the features of the premorbid background (PB) and the links in the mechanism of uterine bleeding during puberty (UBDP) in order to optimize pathogenetic therapy. Purpose: A differentiated approach to the treatment of uterine bleeding during puberty (UBDP), taking into account clinical and pathogenetic variants. Material and methods: 120 adolescent girls (average age 14.3±1.9 years) with UBDP were examined. The treatment is traditional, standard and alternative. Results: The main clinical and pathogenetic variants of the development of UBDP have been identified, on the basis of which a differentiated approach to their treatment has been proposed, which will optimize management tactics and avoid relapses
