Resume

Endometriosis, especially its minimal forms, is one of the significant causes of female infertility and is characterized by difficulties in early diagnosis due to the nonspecific nature of clinical manifestations and the limited informativeness of standard diagnostic methods. The aim of this study was to develop comprehensive risk stratification criteria and an algorithm for the early diagnosis of minimal forms of endometriosis in women with infertility. The study included women of reproductive age with various forms of infertility. Clinical and anamnestic data, reproductive status, and the results of instrumental and laboratory examinations were analyzed. Based on multifactorial analysis, key predictors of minimal endometriosis were identified, allowing the formation of risk groups. A stepwise diagnostic algorithm aimed at early detection of the disease prior to the development of pronounced morphological changes was proposed. The implementation of the proposed approach contributes to improved diagnostic efficiency, optimization of patient management, and timely initiation of pathogenetically substantiated therapy, which may improve reproductive outcomes in women with infertility.
