IMPROVING THE TREATMENT OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS

Resume

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a chronic IgE-mediated inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa, characterized by sneezing, nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, and itching. This article presents modern approaches aimed at improving the management of allergic rhinitis. Particular attention is paid to pharmacotherapy (intranasal corticosteroids and antihistamines), allergen-specific immunotherapy, lifestyle modification strategies, digital health solutions, and clinical decision-making algorithms.
