Background: Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, with coronary artery disease (CAD) representing a major contributor. Early identification of high-risk individuals is essential for timely intervention and prevention of adverse outcomes. Contemporary research increasingly emphasizes the importance of integrating clinical, biochemical, and imaging markers to improve risk stratification. Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the clinical significance of selected diagnostic and prognostic markers in patients with coronary artery disease and to determine their association with disease severity and short-term outcomes. Methods: A structured clinical investigation was conducted involving patients diagnosed with CAD. Demographic characteristics, clinical findings, laboratory parameters, and instrumental diagnostic data were systematically collected and analyzed. Statistical comparisons were performed to assess correlations between biomarkers, disease presentation, and clinical progression. Results: The findings demonstrated significant associations between key biochemical indicators and the severity of coronary involvement. Patients presenting with elevated inflammatory and metabolic markers exhibited more advanced disease patterns and a higher incidence of complications. Multivariate analysis identified independent predictors of adverse clinical evolution. Conclusion: The study confirms the diagnostic and prognostic relevance of integrated biomarker assessment in coronary artery disease. A comprehensive evaluation combining clinical and laboratory indicators may enhance early detection of high-risk patients and support more individualized therapeutic strategie.
