OPTIMAL CHOICE OF DELIVERY METHOD FOR WOMEN AFTER IN VITRO FERTILIZATION

Resume

Recently, the diagnosis of infertility has been perceived not as a hopeless sentence, but as a condition that can be treated. The development of nanomedicine and AI (artificial intelligence), especially in the field of ART (assisted reproductive technologies), has increased the relevance of the use of IVF (in vitro fertilization) in Uzbekistan, in particular in Ferghana, and is being actively introduced today in the clinic. However, IVF outcomes in infertile women seeking to have children of their own remain variable, with failures noted alongside successes. In addition, not all pregnant women after IVF carry the fetus to term; premature birth is possible with different perinatal outcomes, up to discharge home with a living or dead child. Full-term patients have the right to choose the method of delivery, taking into account the somatic and obstetric status, the desire to minimize injuries, and the high financial costs for the family. In our study, surgical delivery was more often performed: laparotomy according to Joel-Cochin and cesarean section in the lower uterine segment, although there were also natural births. Analysis of these conditions will help optimize pregnancy management and birth selection after IVF, improving maternal and perinatal outcomes.
