Resume

Hemarthrosis in intra-articular injuries is accompanied not only by mechanical destruction of tissues, but also by a complex immunopathological reaction - both at the systemic and local levels. These data not only clarify the pathogenesis of traumatic inflammation, but also create a basis for further development of prognostic criteria and assessment of the potential of immunocorrection as an element of personalized therapy.
