Maqolamizda tish qatorlarining to‘liq stomatologik reabilitatsiyasidan keyin og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i shilliq qavati holatini klinik baholash masalasi yoritilgan. Reabilitatsiyadan keyingi davrda shilliq qavatda uchraydigan giperemiya, bosim izlari, shish, achishish, og‘riq, eroziya va protez stomatiti kabi belgilar tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda olinadigan protezlar, olinmaydigan konstruksiyalar va implant usti konstruksiyalar bilan bog‘liq shilliq qavat o‘zgarishlari solishtirildi. Natijalar olinadigan protezlardan foydalanuvchi bemorlarda mahalliy o‘zgarishlar nisbatan ko‘proq uchrashini ko‘rsatdi. Maqolada reabilitatsiyadan keyingi dastlabki 1–3 oyda shilliq qavat holatini muntazam nazorat qilish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
Kalit so‘zlar: tish qatorlari, stomatologik reabilitatsiya, og‘iz shilliq qavati, protez stomatiti, implant usti konstruksiya, giperemiya, klinik baholash.
