TISH EMALI MINERALIZATSIYASI BILAN BOG'LIQ MOLEKULYAR BIOMARKERLARGA FTOR SAQLOVCHI DORIVOR O'SIMLIKLAR EKSTRAKTINING TA'SIRI

Rezyume
Maqolada ftor saqlovchi dorivor o'simliklar — Salvia officinalis L., Thymus vulgaris L., Spinacia oleracea L., Urtica dioica L. va Melissa officinalis L. asosida tayyorlangan kombinatsion suvli ekstraktning tish emali mineralizatsiyasi bilan bog'liq molekulyar biomarkerlarga (tuftelin, MMP-20, enamelin) ta'siri o'rganilgan. Tadqiqotda 40 nafar talabada o'simlik ekstrakti bilan 21 kunlik og'iz chayish kursidan oldin va keyin ELISA usulida qon zardobidagi ko'rsatkichlar taqqoslangan. Tuftelin miqdori 45,1% ga (p<0,001), MMP-20 miqdori 6,7% ga (p<0,001) statistik ishonchli o'zgargan, enamelin esa 33,8% ga oshgan (p=0,230). Umumiy qon tahlili natijalari ekstraktning gematologik xavfsizligini tasdiqladi. Olingan natijalar o'simlik ekstraktining emal mineralizatsiyasiga modulyatsiyalovchi ta'sir ko'rsatishi mumkinligini ko'rsatadi.
