Resume

The problem of treatment of periodontal diseases remains relevant to this day. Certain achievements in the complex treatment of chronic gingivitis, despite the fact that its prevention has been brought to perfection, the high level of this pathology, the steady increase in morbidity indicate the urgency of the problem. This is due to the widespread prevalence of periodontal diseases (80-95%), diagnostic difficulties associated with a variety of clinical manifestations, the complexity of their treatment and prevention.Keywords: Children with disabilities, periodontal diseases, diagnostics, cytological examination.
