ANALYSIS OF LABORATORY INDICATIONS IN WOMEN WITH AUTOIMMUNE THYROIDITIS USING HORMONAL CONTRACEPTIVES

Resume

This study examined clinical and laboratory analyzes of hormonal contraceptive use in women with autoimmune thyroiditis. For the study, 50 women with autoimmune thyroiditis and 10 women of the control group were examined. According to the results of the study, when using hormonal contraceptives in women with autoimmune thyroiditis, according to clinical and laboratory analysis, combined oral contraceptives were more effective than pure progesterone tablets.Key words: autoimmune thyroiditis, hormonal contraceptives, thyroid hormones, prolactin, gonadotropic hormones, steroid hormones.
