Resume

According to WHO, miscarriage in different countries ranges from 10 to 25% of all pregnancies. The timely formation of the progesterone-inducing factor of pregnancy (PIBF) contributes to the effective progression of pregnancy, but the infectious factor in the female genital area should be taken into account. The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of synthetic progesterone in the threat of abortion with the study of the relationship with recurrent inflammation of the lower floor of the female genital area. 130 pregnant women with recurrent miscarriage were prescribed progesterone and topical vaginal antibacterial suppositories. Comprehensive treatment of recurrent miscarriage, taking into account local inflammation with knowledge of the causative agents of recurrent inflammatory processes of a local nature in women with miscarriage, increases the receptivity of the endometrium, effectively forms PIBF and contributes to the progression of pregnancy with minimal complications.
