Resume

The study carried out a comprehensive quantitative analysis of children involved in physical culture and sports in the conditions of children’s and youth sports schools (CYSS), an analysis of the medical control of these institutions, as well as an assessment of the organization of medical care on the ground. A comparative epidemiological analysis of the medical and social state of children’s and youth sports over a 6-year period showed a satisfactory indicator of the involvement of children and youth in physical culture and sports in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, these indicators characterize the prospect of striving for higher sports achievements among the younger generation. Despite this, the level of medical organization of the Youth Sports School today does not have high rates this is due to the general staff shortage of doctors in sports schools, as well as the shortage of doctors in physical therapy and medical rehabilitation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. These judgments cannot reflect the completeness of the picture of the medical and social state of children’s and youth sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan, but it allows drawing private conclusions on the basis of which more detailed studies will be carried out to optimize and improve youth sports throughout the republic.
