Resume

Many people experience occasional headaches and frequent sleep disturbances throughout their lives. Headaches are one of the urgent problems of the whole WHO due to their prevalence. According to the latest scientific data, there are about 200 types of headache, many of which are well-studied and can be clear and indirect symptoms of various diseases of the nervous system. Taking a headache pill can only relieve the symptom, but cannot get rid of the cause of its occurrence. Despite regional differences, headache is a worldwide problem that affects people regardless of age, race, income level, or geographic region. According to statistics, about 90% of people experience a headache at least once a year. Approximately 1.7 – 4% of the world’s population suffer from headaches that last 15 days or more every month. 10 – 15% are prone to migraine attacks, of which women are 3 times more likely than men. Headache is a public health problem due to disability and reduced work productivity, with financial costs to society. For example, in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, migraines alone account for approximately 25 million work or study absences each year. Many people who suffer from headaches do not receive effective medical care.

The aim of the study is to evaluate the concentration of attention in primary headaches  and their prevention.

Key words: primary headaches, dyscirculatory encephalopathy, neuropsychological testing, cognitive impairment, dementia.
